Being an Admin on the server means providing info to our players when they ask for it, redirecting them to the forum whenever a topic is already explained here on the forum, keeping an eye out for abusive players, notifying staff whenever something happens or where there are misunderstandings and try to resolve them fairly.
Know both the admin rules and player rules, they are very logical and are self-explanatory.
Ensure a good atmosphere in the server.
Occasionally give out rewards to players in the server, can be money for example, always give each player evenly much, don't give money to just personal friends, whenever you would give money, you give that same amount of money to all players currently online. can be done with one single command.
never abuse as admin, if you see an admin abusing you should report him back to me, you need to have evidence, then i can take away his admin for an amount of time or permanently depending on the severity of the abuse.
never ban an admin, mostly it wont even work. banning/continuously harassing an other admin is considered as abuse as well, doesn't matter if it was just for fun, it can irritate the other admin and our players.
When someone applies for admin, give feedback about this person at his application.
